Have just bought one, problem with volume, and 12 volt connestor which keeps coming out of the 12 volt plug in th MH very complicated to use, and customer support not very good is this typical.

We have a snooper 7000, but really the same,
Volume adjustment by touching centre top of screen,then touch speaker symbol then + -
The master volume adjustment is in settings :thumb:
Go on youtube and enter snooper 5000 or 7000 and there are demo videos:thumb:

We have a 7000 and no probs with the volume and I have to say having used it twice it was brilliant.
I had a faulty 12v charger, after ringing them I sent it back and a replacement arrived special delivery 2 days later.
