Carolines birthday soon. I thought about getting her a new belt and bag but after her "mentioning" the dog hair on the MH carpet, after 1 day, I thought push the boat out. She deserves it. One dyson animal handheld it is. I can't wait to see the surprised look on her face when she opens it. Brownie points or what..:thumb::Smile:

Well, surely there is some sort of belt drive (or equivalent) in it and some sort of bag (or rigid plastic equivalent) to collect the dust so the original specification has obviously been adhered to. Anyone should be most pleased to receive such a high tech belt & bag :roflmto:

I dread to think what thanks I would get

If missmanagement received such a gift

I do know that I would be well advised to
Libraly smother said dyson with Vaseline or silicone grease
Won't make it work better
But it would be less painfully when she put it back in the holster

It's just a motor and plastic no bags to find
Think it's the most pointless dyson in her collection
Bought because [STRIKE]she [/STRIKE] sorry we needed it

Takes all day to charge and spent in 15 minutes:thumb:

Well it's the day after her birthday and I am still walking normally. Caroline loved the Dyson as well as the 5 tyres I got her ( 4 for the MH and one for her car ), new radiator, Radley purse,an iPad and other bits. I'm sure that once the novelty of playing on the iPad wears off she will get many hours of pleasure from the dyson. After all I got her the accessories to go with it as well.

I was given a Kenwood Chef a few years ago, to replace the previous one that I also got as a present from OH. The motor burnt out on the first one:Blush:

I was delighted with my Kenwood Chef, just think of all the lovely food that he's had as a result of this:thumb:
