Hi All

I have tried to turn my heater off, but keeps on chucking out the heat is there a simple solution to the problem?

Hi if it is a blown air type they work for a few mins after you turn them off--sort of to clear it's throat ::bigsmile:They turn off then turn back on to clear any un-burnt fuel this tales 5 mins or so

if you are on hook up could the electric part is switched on normally on a separate switch somewhere.

What model of Truma heater is it ?
is the heat coming from the actual fire or the air vents ( that's if it has air vents for blown heating)

We had a problem with our S3002. The thermostat failed so it was on full heat plus, all of the time it was on. It got so hot we were concerned and had to turn it off after half an hour and it took that time again to cool down. No matter where the control was set 1 or 10 the heat output was the same (fierce).

We had to have the gas valve replaced as the thermostat is part of this valve.
