can anyone point me to a supplier in west mids please? what does lt stand for? as none of uk has this rating

the LT part denotes LIGHT TRUCK. 225 is tread width in mm....75 is the profile and 16 is the rim size in inch's

A little further north but Brian Evans in Oswestry (RVOC member Brianjojosh) will be able to supply you...maybe from stock...and he does send to any address by carrier, even to another tyre fitter :thumb:
