Can anyone help please.
I have a Renault Master Bentley motorhome and need to fit headlight beam deflectors but cannot obtain information as to the fitting position.
I have contacted all local dealers but the usual no reply comes into play. Do any funsters have such a vehicle and can advise me.
Thanks in anticipation.:thumb:

Would not be suprised to find your vehicles lights are capable of being set for both left and right hand operation. Check with Renault first before fitting any beam deflectors, the stick on ones tend to damage the polypropolene lenses as fitted to most modern vans.

Good plan. I seem to think I read somewhere to stick them on headlight protectors not the lights so as not to damage the plastic

Correct and to make sure they are correct if beambenders are needed take them to a local friendly mot station, for a small sum they will use the light alignment machine to make sure the benders are fitted in the right place for your vehicle

many many years! since I was a kid
I recently purchased a set of headlight protectors for my Fiat, and the beam deflector stickers were included in the box. The instructions said to fit them between the pressed in marks on the protectors, so pretty much idiot proof.
I have fitted protectors on my headlights for years now on all my vehicles as they are far cheaper than replacing the light when a stone chips them, and they often do

Cost of the protectors and deflectors was £25 from a seller on EBay

I've just sold my headlight protectors but they don't make them for the Renault yet. By the way I purchased my Fiat set direct from the manufacturer in New Zealand for £15 including carriage. Good old rip off Britain.

Hi there, We also have a Bentley Oulton motorhome, and we wondered about beam benders. We never drive in the dark so we have not bothered so far.

It is great to see another Bentley owner on the forum!!

Did you go to the rally in Derbyshire??

Many thanks to everyone who responded to my request for Master headlight beam benders.
I sent an email to Renault Customer Services this morning, a return phone call then came, at 3pm job sorted. I have been trying to obtain an answer to this question for weeks and would you believe lads it was a very knowledgeable female who managed to sort everything out.
In time to come us men will only be useful to mow the lawn.

Well it was a very interesting few hours (not that way either). She was determined to solve the problem and after spending nearly all day at it (pun) she solved the mystery. Renault have NEVER been asked for these but do have a kit available. She has now ordered the required part and we are keeping our fingers crossed. This problem of the beam benders was first given to a man at my local dealer to sort out, he didn't. It was then passed to several so called male parts specialists, no anwsers. Finally a female solved the problem, as always.
