:Smile:Hy you Guys and Girls, joined / subscribed into the fun over the last three days.

Been looking at the site for a month or so and more then impressed, retired last year, late, just changed my van from a 2006 Hymer 525 Merc to a new Adria Polaris being made at this time thats a 319 model,had to start using a fixed bed, love the idea of staying in Spain etc for up to three or four months a time,

I was in the RN for 35 years, in fact was on Resolution UKs first Polaris sub and she fired the first missile down range in Cape Kennedy, I promise you this is NOT the reason I:Angry: purchased an Adria Polaris.

My wife and I are looking forward to meeting other funsters as well as travelling around europe.:winky:

You'll be a bundle of laughs, everything we ask we'll get "Sorry, can't, Official Secrets Act".

Never mind, that will be a big improvement over what we have to put up with from some sources.

worked with a couple of ex sub marines while off shore.. right weird buggers :roflmto:

You must feel at home in a motorhome.. palatial compared to a sub, but you may miss the conning tower..

welcome to fun ::bigsmile:

If he asks nicely they'll fit a pinger to his aerial so as he rotates it it goes

PINNNGGGGGG pink PINNNGGGGGG pink.

He'll be able to pop his head through a roof-light. "Steady as she goes Mrs Dilly, three degrees starboard".

Hi Dilly :welcomefunster:

It's good to have you aboard.:thumb:

A guy I was in the fire service with had been some sort of electrical engineer on board HMS Conqueror in the Falklands in '82 when it sank the General Belgrano................

...................I'm sure the sinking was probably an accident caused by his fiddling with the electrics:Eeek:
