Went to start the motorhome up this morning and a warning light which is described as "injection System failure " came on but failed to go out.

Took the vehicle for a gentle 20 mile run to warm the engine up and it seems
totally normal.....light stayed on though.

Any thoughts ?

thanks

Same with mine. It is the cold weather. Mine runs as normal and as the diesel warms a BIT THE WARNING LIGHT CLEARS ONCE ENGINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND LEFT FOR A WHILE. :thumb:

Just went out and started her up again.....and it went out right away with all the other lights !

Temperature has gone up quite a bit now but it was really cold earlier.............repeated this a few times and its going out all the time now.
I think it might well be as simple as you say........which is good news.....I will mention
it to the delaer when its in for a once over...many thanks

There seems to be so many warning lights on modern vehicles.
I sometimes have to drive panel vans to and from trade places and the dash is sometimes lit up like a xmas tree-- they still keep going though!
Makes you wonder---do we need to know about something that we dont understand?
Oil and water lights, that will do me!:thumb:

You do get that light coming on at times with the Fiat's..
My old one did it a few times, may be down to a bit of water in the diesel.
The book just says go to main dealer but each time i had it on it went off after a small run.
