Near Cacares, (1 Viewer)

Any body know of a site near Cacares that will take biggish rigs... we were going to stay at the one every body seems to use, but have been told we may be a bit too big..

32 ft 2inch RV plus 17ft 6inch trailer = 49ft 8inch total..

We are at Camping Regio Salamanca and due to head south tomorrow morning..

Cascares

According to Acsi guide Cascares Camping is open and takes the card if you have one 15 euro per night.

4km north of town on N630 next to football stadiun with tall floodlights

When we were there January there were large outfits using two pitches as you can drive straight through. The larger pitches are on the top of the site.

We stopped at the Cacares aire in March.
It was full - packed with a load of German rigs so no chance of a EHU (looked like the Panzer Division on Manouvres).
However, there was loads of room at the top of the site alongside the football pitch where big coaches park. So no problem for a big RV.
I would just go for it.
Cacares is a nice town too - the church seems to have enormous storks nests on the top of every buttress and tower.
