Our fridge is not working on 12v when the engine is running, either on auto or manual. It shows fault 10 which according to the book means it does not "see" the engine as running.
Have changed the fuse and no joy.
Not a great problem it just means we are using gas when we need not be.
Any ideas what to look for please?

We had that problem with our Autocruise. It was the relay which had gone. We found that the habitation battery would not charge from the engine, the electric step would not retract etc.

The relay effectively tells the engine it has a connection to the motorhome, or not.
Hope this helps.

separate relay's for fridge and charge(when engine running) Ken.

sounds like the fridge relay has quit.

probably near to the engine battery and with the charge relay.

usually just bog standard automotive 30a relay's

Hi Ken, check if you have power at the fridge when the engine is running, could be the heating element gone we had this on ours but when on mains.

You have two at the back of the fridge, 240v and 12v, google ' 12v Heating Element ' then you know what your looking for.:winky::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: If you look on the grey wires they say 12v or 240v on them, they just hang down the back, sometimes you can pull them out without moving the fridge. ::bigsmile: Bob.

I'm not saying this is the one you want for your fridge, but it will look something like it !
