When off on your hols do you take a boat, canoe, dinghy, or whatever, what do you take and how do you you carry it, inside outs ide, on top or on a trailer. How do you make it secure. Have you ever had one stolen whilst away.

I used to tow a 22ft Shetland Black Hawk behind the RV. I also had a 12ft aluminium Linder that I had on the roof bars of my toad or sometimes on a trailer. Never had anyone try to steal them. Plenty wanted to borrow them.

I carry my inflatable tender from my bigger boat and the small outboard. It all gets swallowed in the garage. I sold both of my canoes, thinking of getting a savlour inflatable 2 man one

I know I`m not the brightest star in the universe but....

Are you getting a two man canoe, or a one man canoe for two, or a three seater canoe.. for one...

2 man one I work out to be a three man canoe, which would be a three man canoe..which could possibly be used as a one man one or could seat two which would be ideal..

ShiftZZ your the brainy one, help me out..::bigsmile:

Since 2005 ish
We carry a three meter inflateable boat and 4hp outboard.
The boat rolls-up and goes in the overcab and the motor goes on the bike rack.
This is why we want to change to a garage model !!!

cheers nige
