Just checking in. Been a caravan owner for many years as kids grew up....usual tale!! Always fancied a motorhome but too many things put us off, cost, where to put it etc but now it seems the sun is in line with Jupiter et al and we have just ordered our first van and due to collect it in a few weeks:Smile:

Very excited, so Max & Paddy move over...were coming through:winky:

Hi to one an all, I'm sure I will have a few questions so play nice:Cool:

Hi to one an all

Hi, is that Duke as in Ducati ? Or maybe KTM ?

Hotbed of olde bikers here. who now like a bit of comfort.

Endless debates on tow or tie two wheels. Usually tow coz few vans can stand the load on the back.

Hi & big WELCOME from across the solent (I.o.W.). never tried a caravan always thought that I'd get into too much trouble reversing ,being one of those that always wonders where that side road or lane goes to ,have ended up many times in m/h reversing what seems miles after ending up V. narrow places. But as I said Welcome to the only site worth visiting!! Terry

Hi yes Ducati. I intended to try to put it on the back but as you say it may be far too much for the back axle and chassis. Looks like I will tow it then although a lighter scooter may be ok. Need to get it first!

Cheers:thumb:
