Hi everyone the scammer is back and with all the newbies coming on board please be aware of this and any other seemingly too good to be true offer that restirct bids to resticted bidders.

The seller even has someone to ask a question to make it look more real,'can you deliver',
Also no mention of location so that must be a big clue,

Here is what to do if you are interested.

http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=whois&host=nauth.co.uk

This tells you who the domain registrar is. Send a complaint to them.

Read all the way down and look for the abuse address. This will tell you who is hosting it.

Send a complaint to both of these along the following lines.

Subject line: Fraudster on your IP 87.106.115.190

An ebay fraudster is using your service to host his fake ebay site.

You are also the TAG holder for this .co.uk domain name.

Please can you take action against this scammer in accordance with your AUP.

I have sent this one already.

Please note if you have firefox the domain itself is highlighted in your address bar so you can instantly see that this is from nauth.co.uk not ebay.co.uk

Can I ask how you lot keep finding these fake auction pages please?

Are you googling for motorhomes for sale or something?

I can never find them on ebay.

If you want to search on ebay use the ebay search facility not google or any of the other external ones this may avoid the scams?

A big thanks for all you have done to try and rid ebay of these scams, sadly though it is all to no avail. I do not go looking for them, they find me, perhpas as you say because I trawl ebay for motorhomes as I would like to buy an A class and want to know what is available and what is selling and most important for me, if there is anything near where I lives, which there seldom is.

Sadly I am coming to the opinion these scams are a fact of life that eBay nor we can rid the auction site of, but with so many newbies - one bought a motorhome blind that fortunately worked out fine for him, - I would hate someone looking for their first motorhome to be conned out of pure innocence.

Hi Gromett I usually search newly listed M/H's on ebay every day -- not wanting one- but like to see what's out there :thumb: selling / not selling / how much etc,Saw a gutted Airstream yesterday that caught my eye,and I often see what I consider the odd bargain :thumb:
