Hi Elvis,

Stating the obvious but...

have you checked, all your breakers, all your fuses, etc...

Have you lost your lights on batteries, and or EHU, have you checked both?

Does your fridge or other outlets such as sockets work, or is it just lights not working?.....

No we did not have time to check fuses and so on but will do :thumb:

The fridge didnt work either, no electric in the habitation at all

I also wondered if hook up can cause this and why?

Thanks

Maybe something tripped or a fuse blew......

Best thing is to check everything in the daylight and work your way through it...

Sounds like it is a fuse or breaker gone somewhere....

All the best....

From your photo your Elddis looks similar to ours except for layout (ours is dinette yours looks to be rear lounge).

In our van all the lights work from the 12v system not mains. Fridge works on mains or gas when on site and from van battery (not leisure battery) when travelling.

You mention that you checked the main switch. Not sure if you mean the switch on the mains unit (which should not affect the lights) or the switch which controls the 12v system. The latter on our van is at the side of the hab door footwell and is relatively easy to catch when taking things into or out of the van. It was pointed out to us during handover as the thing to check first if we had a problem like you have.

Another stating the bleeding obvious suggestion but some of the hook up connectors require you to turn the plug clockwise when you plug it in. This is definitely true on some club sites. You can tell if it's that type of hookup by the fact that there's a red light bulb above the plug that goes on once you've turned it. You have to hit a red button to unhook again.
