hello all, off to bournemouth for one nite in july,does anyone know where i can park up and not be moved on please???

Depending on how long you will be stopping a corner of a supermarket car park may be of use Tesco do not normally object if it is out of the way have used lidel and aldi car parks in the past with no problem.

Boscombe overcliff drive is the nearest place.
Anywhere between Grovely ave & Woodland walk is best, including the side roads.
Unfortunately other motorhome owners in the past have soured things around here by
Parking up for several days at a time & leaving litter or worse for other holiday makers to enjoy!!!
Arrive late – leave early & you should be O.K.

went there recently lots of no overnight parking signs not MH friendly town did not stay in the end

There was some local guy on the Swift Forum recently who told me that the council are going to open up Aires on the front for motorhomes with EHU and services. Not sure when or how much yet.

Ok its not Bournemouth but Poole is just down the road,

Yiu can park up overnight in the Thistle Hotel Car Park on Poole Quay, lots of pubs and restaurants and you can look at the boats in the marina.

Dont pay the hotel, ignore signs and pay the Car Park attendant in the hut at entrance in the morning, tell them Peter who has his boat in the marina told you.
