Hi all

First time on this site....

I really need help on my awning as a gust of wind decided to drag it downwards, then I heard 2 cracks (sounded like anyway) and now the awning when unwound, almost hangs vertically.

I think it is probably the shock absorbers, has anyone else experienced this and can help?

Appreciate any feedback

Sorry cant help here, I have heard a few people who have lost awnings because they are not fastened down. One gust can take the awning over the van.

Look here Link Removed

Johns Cross sell Fiamma spares and are very helpful.

Hi Jezport

Does that tie down kit fit all Omnistor awnings?

Re Fiamma 45 awning

Never mind, felt sure someone would be able to help on this. I'll have to take it to a garage

Afraid I can't help with your problem, but please post if you find the solution. Mine is definitely floppier than it was (the awning I mean before the smart comments)
