phoned the Old Oak company today as we are just starting to lay in our stock of 'standby' quickie meals in the van. One of our favorites was old Oak sachets of chicken tikka masala but they have stopped making them:cry:

What little standbys do you keep in the van? tinned taters? vesta meals:Eeek:

Aldi spicey curry 'pot noodles'

Aldi recently changed suppliers of this 'delicacy' :roflmto: and the new product is a poor copy, having spicey mango chutney sachets instead of spicey curry sauce......we still have a couple of the originals in the RV :thumb: and quite a few of the new version too !

perfect for a quick snack :thumb:

i dont indulge in the grape, but shirl barely lets red get to room temp before its gone, never mind keeping a bottle ot two for another outing :roflmto:
