At the end of the road from my house down into the town of Neath, there is a cherry tree on the left and two magnolias on the right. When the buds are bursting on these I recon that Spring has arrived.

This morning had to nip down to Carmarthen and my thoughts of Spring were confirmed when I saw no less than 20 (yes twenty) assorted motorhomes on the move.

You feel daft waving if you'r in a car, but what the hell.

If any of you were funsters, I was the idiot in the black mondeo.

I hope you have a good trip. (Hope that, even if not funsters)

Cheers

peter

Carmarthen is the gateway to Pembrokeshire, lots of people will be taking advantage of the half term ending and heading for the deserted sites, CL's and wild camping spots. In the Spring/Summer the tescos in Carmarthen has loads of motorhomes all stocking up before they head to all that beauty in the West.

Spring to me is a time of beauty and optimism. The sun is shining, the buds are breaking the snowdrops and crocuses are blooming and summer is ahead.::bigsmile:
Not to mention the RV is clean, and ready to go :thumb:

I live less than as hour away from Pembrokeshire, not biased really, but I do appreciate a nice bit of scenery, I love cliffs and surf, coves and beaches and traditional seaside towns etc and Pembrokeshire has them all:thumb:

Wave to motorhomes all the time in the wagon. Some people get a bit of a shock when i lean out of the cab window and wave at them when they are passing a 44ton wagon.:winky::winky:

Ribbitt, ribbitt, ribbitt

Noticed the other day that the frogs are active in our garden pond.

Yes they are back... The frogs are making there normal noise.. Ribbitt, ribbitt and more ribbitt..

Mum fox is heavy again..

The gooseberry bush and the black current bush have the buds coming out,

And we commissioned the RV today, so it must be spring.

Even a little sun today.
