Planning is well under way for our summer adventure, and wanting to be prepared I just went online to order the Vignet for Switzerland.

Seems they want nearly 50% of the cost again for delivery by DHL! Seems a bit steep to me. What have others done? is there a way to avoid the delivery charge, or is it easier to just buy one at the border?

Thanks

David

Hi David
We went in August last year , Just buy at the border you will be directed to the side, they will see you do not have one in the screen, Just a word of warning last year it was 40 Swiss Francs, have it ready to pay as they will also say 40 Euros which is of course a lot more on the exchange rate. Pete

Ps we went to Interlaken lovely Holiday then over the mountains to Annecy.

Yes, I noticed on the web site it is advertised this year at 40 CHF and 31 Euro, so quite a difference...
