Motorhome hire in USA? (1 Viewer)

Anyone had experience of hiring a motorhome in the USA. We quite fancy hiring one for a couple of months & touring round. There are loads of websites with MH hire but just wondered if anyone had experience of any of them?

We've also considered doing this but the rental charges were way over our budget. :Sad: I figured it would be cheaper to hire a car and stay in cheap motels .. but that's not to my taste.

There was another thread on here with a link to a US rental company that were very cheap, the deal was that you had to drive from A to B. This was a service to them returning RVs to home base. a search should unearth it.
