Is there a M/H warranty company the same as a car one? the type for slightly older models that have run out of manufacturers warranty but with low mileage.

To be honest don't waste you money, far too many get outs, fair wear and tear, it basically has to be broken to have half a chance of a claim and then its hard work on your own.

Excellent source of high commission for a dealer to sell you one, we do not sell them.

Used motorhomes out of manufacturers warranty we do supply an insurance based warranty but we back them up with our buying power and good relationship with warranty rep. You can't!

You will pay a lot for very little. Why not think about as Pay & Go scheme such as - Link Removed

I have never bought extended warranties but if you worry about surprise bills, try this method.

Every time that you buy a major item, put a moderate amount, about the size of the cost of the extended warranty, into a savings account. You will be surprised how it will build up.

If in two or three years you have a problem, you'll have your little 'emergency fund' to pay for it. If you are lucky, you won't need to use it for many years and ultimately, you'll have enough to treat yourself to something nice!

If you are worried about a surprise bill, this is a sensible discipline, which will help you cope should it happen.

If you haven't already exceeded your annual cash ISA allowance make sure that the money goes into an ISA and you'll pay no tax on the interest.

Not worth the paper they are written on. It's a gimmick by the dealers so that the abdicate their responsibility to the customer.

For every pound you put in MOST saving accounts you will be loosing money at the end of the year due to the low interest rates and the higher inflation rates.
