Since 1974 on and off
I have a Elddis Firestorm on a Peugot chassis with standard radio fitted and the reception is terrible , constantly losing the signal. The ariel a one of those black stumpy ones on the front wing. Is there anything I can do to improve the reception as Im missing all my favorite radio 4 programs :Smile:

Use the search function on aerial and maybe try every way to miss-spell it because no-one can spell it properly.

Common problem.

you used to be able to buy aerial amplifiers that just plug into the back of the radio.

if you can remove the radio try the plug at the back it may be lose or may need a clean also see if the wire is still fixed to the rubber bit may need a new one i think the radio is ok
