Just in case you arent aware hubby says a severe weather warning has been issued for tonight and tomorrow.

If you are at shepton xxx

Might be worth breaking down the gazebo/party tent tonight and rolling in any awnings/canopies.

Make sure everythings tied down folks xxxxx

Heres hoping it misses you all and you have a good one.

Fingers crossed the weather doesnt ruin it for you xxxx

Well its 11.20pm now and so far the night is not bad at all a few showers and the odd spot of rain but no wind to talk of - lets hope it stays that way over night. I think it may be more the Bristol Channel and Exmoor that is hit.

Awning retracted at 4.00 am and rain started at 4.01 am ::bigsmile:

The flags are fluttering nicely and if the wind drops, the rain stops & the sun comes out it will be nice day :Smile:

BBC weather forecast for Saturday at Shepton

Cloudy with outbreaks of rain at first, but soon becoming drier and brighter from the west. A fine afternoon to follow, with just one or two showers but most places staying dry with sunny periods.

According to the hourly schedule looks like any rain should stop by 10am and the highest wind will be 13 miles per hour from 1pm to 14 miles per hour at 4pm

Saturday night

A mainly dry night with largely clear skies, although the odd isolated shower will be possible. It will feel much fresher than the previous night.

Wind overnight is between 7mph and 9mph - much lighter than last night
