mine was registered as a 2 axle ridged body when it actually has 3 axles sent corrected v5 back to dvla and they added a former keeper even though i didn't tick the new keeper box:Doh::Doh:

Having read post i rushed to look at my v5, i have a bessacarr e765, guess
how many seats i have.... 6, when it comes back from service im going to
have a real good look around because i have lost two seats somewhere.

I can report that Swift are dealing with this very promptly. I had an email telling me that the correct certificates and letter of explanation has gone in the post to us today with instruction on what to do with it (Send it to DVLA I suspect).

I'll keep you posted.
