I would guess from my time using lpg that when you put in the £69 of lpg that the tank did not fill. This does happen, I have found a variation between pumps and the pressure they fill at and when I know for a fact that my tanks should have taken more and yet the pump rattled and stopped. I would suggest you do not panic " Mr Mainwaring" and fill up up a few more times before taking drastic measures

Tell the guy doing the service that the spark plugs must be exactly (same make & part number) the same as the ones he pulls out. We had nighmares with our LPG isuzu because the the service guys didnt fit the right spark plugs (weel they did fit the right plugs for the engine but not for the LPG conversion)
Have you considered that you might have a leak somewhere?? Do you smell gas at all when its parked up??

Best I explain,, Have not used the RV much because of house move etc,, But last time I filled up at a garage in Dorchester, drove home to Weymouth approx 7 miles, then moved to Brixham approx 88 miles, then drove back to Dorchester via Yeovil and filled up,,, took £69 worth of LPG. approx 192 miles
7 miles out of Dorchester on the Yeovil road parked up for 4 days,, bearing in mind I am almost full, left to drive back to Brixham on the same route as I went up on,, before I got home (Brixham) I had completely run out of LPG and only done approx 97 miles + the 7 miles = 104..
Which was about half the mileage I got on the last round trip..
