Are there any insurers who will cover a 17 year old Hymer for a Europian holliday?

We have the ferry tickets. But getting insurance is proving a bit difficult.

Try Adrian Flux or IC Choice, their two companies that seem to cater for most situations.

Anything can be insured for enough money.

Try the camping and caravan club insurance, they covered my 20 year old hymer.
You dont have to be a member.

My Hymer S700 (1992) is covered by AVIVA through Comfort Insurance. This included UK & European breakdown in any european country. We are full-timing so have cover for upto 6 months in any one country.

We also have our Smart Fourtwo covered under the same terms.
