 Supposed to be a shower but I can't get it to spray, water just pumps out of the shower head, no adjustment to alter it from water to spray on the shower head, is there some secret or do I need a bigger pump?:thumb:

You should just twist the head and it fans out.

It could be a bit of scale in there stopping it, but would be surprised if that was the cause.

Take the shower head, and look at the end where the water comes from. Around this is is usually textured for grip - if you twist, it should change from tap to shower head.

Is it new or older, just wondering if the spray holes are bunged up with scale so the water is taking the line of least resistance?

If you unscrew the squirter end and you have just the pipe do you get a good flow and reasonable pressure if you put your thumb over the end ?

M/H shower heads 'usually' have an on/off trigger and an adjustable spray head, perhaps someone has changed it and used a cheap domestic one ?

an excellent product to clean out all the limescale is good old vinegar.
just soak the head overnight in a jar of the stuff and rinse well. :thumb:
