Have any of you got any experience of this site?.

yes, been to site!

we think a better option is either of the camping cheque sites down the road at cavallaire sur mere. kwan village cros de mouton is supurb, selection camping good with easy acess to beach and walk into cavallaire.

we have a scooter, but bus rides are 1 euro anywhere on the cote d'azur!!!!

if you are going to italy from here the main way is the motorway round to genoa. it can be very busy, but it is VERY scenic. once you get to italy, it is quite cheap--border to lake garda was 34 euros, border to florence 27euros.
if you let me know where you are going i can make some recommendations as we have done this 3 years on the trot albeit earlier, april to late june, when camping cheques are still valid!:thumb:
