We are sailing Dover to Boulogne (1 Viewer)

We sail Dover to Boulogne at the end of the month. Anyone know of a one night stop over near to Dover, we have an early sailing so the closer the better. cheers dave

Marine Parade down by the ferry terminals allows motorhome parking. Free overnight and pay/display during the day.

We are staying at Blackhorse Farm Caravan Club site, Densole, nr Folkestone before our trip away to Italy.

It has a dedicated short stay area for those who wish to come and go early for the ferries.

You don't have to be a member to stay there.

If its LD Lines just book in and get in line we had no problem on 2 crossings last year,on the other side park in their old parking area near the casino ..no charge...:thumb:

Last week we parked at the War Memorial, but, as Ferry was at 0045 and I wasnt sure about driving down the bumpy road in the dark, we moved down to Marine Parade for a couple of hours sleep.
