When I last visited the CCC site at Bala there was plenty of (planes) a great RAF cargo plane comes over at near tree top level probably practicing low level flights over the lake. Have fun.

not bad only got one spelling wrong this time now my plans are to look out for the planes thank for that

When I scanned through the home page earlier, I misread this and thought it said 'off to bali'. I was thinking it would cost a few bob to get a ferry to there!

There's a very comfy layby on the other side of the lake, a few yards from the water's edge, very quiet, running water (well the lake anyway), where we've had the odd cosy night.
