WHere is the best vet to sort out your dogs to re-enter the UK?

I use the vet at Eperlecques near the chateau des gandespette which is a camping cheque site, he speaks english and is cheaper than the vets at the port, plus the dog has to have its treatment and cannot sail for 24hrs but must sail within 48hrs of treatment so the site there is handy and the vets is just down the road next to a champion supermarket and fuel station. Its about an three quaters of an hour from the port.
He will also use your own wormer and tick/flea treatment if you supply it, and he has soft cheese triangles in the fridge for dogs that dont like tablets.

We allways use Pattyn Patrick at fourges-les-eaux 1 Rue de neufchatel tel 02 35 90 55 55. There is an 'aire' at the town, a couple of supermarkets, and it is within walking distance of the aire. The aire is free in winter, but no facilities, and was €5.60 last time we paid, that includes elec. It is about 1/2 days journey to Calais, depending how fast you want to travel, not sure of exact distance. Last time we went, for 2GSD's and 1 small cat, (we took in 1 frontline file), the charge was €46, we left him the change from €50 as he had got us in straight away. We would certainly recommend this vets. Alan:thumb:
