Good god a genuine motorhome question.

Not stayed there but have been to Argles Plage a few miles south, a couple of times. If Torreiles fails to please, it's a really nice tourist trap holiday town, lively streets full of shops and restaurants. Long paved promenade great for cycling. Lovely area. Quite a few campsites all close to the town and sea.

Find time to have a look at Carcassonne whilst in the area.

Also an opportunity for Millau which has many pleasant campings by the river.

We cant find a good spot in Argeles, we normally stay at La Soliel

Have you thought about wild camping? The areas around the beach at Torreilles Plage are pretty good.

What about Canet? There's a great site there - I'll try and dig out the details.
