G'Day to you "UK'ers" from Australia (1 Viewer)

We, my wife and I are planning a trip to the UK and Ireland next August for 6 weeks and exploring Scotland and Ireland. We have visited the UK many times and first motorhomed it in 1972 in an old 2nd hand Dutch postal van which cost us GBP200. We travelled for six months all over including a journey to Moscow, Turkey, Greece Norway and many other places. Now we are getting on in life we wish to come over every year for the next few years and re-visit. We can't wait.

We have spent the last 6 years caravaning through Alaska, Newfoundland, Canada all over the US and Mexico. It was a hoot. We owned a large 36 foot 5th wheeler in the US. It has been sold.

In 2009 we caravaned around Australia... a big trip.

So here we are looking to meeting you all.

You are welcome to meet up with some of us during your visit.

There are usually one or two motorhome shows during August so keep an eye on the Rallies and Meets forum.

There is a summer meet planned in August that a few are going to.
