Hi folks

we're getting itchy feet with our new (to us!) MH! Looking for a few ideas for new year to spend a couple of nights away from home. Ideas suitable for a family of four (2 youngish children).

Thanks in advance

Hi,
My reccomendation would be Link Removed
Its not cheap (£32pn ish) but it is close to you so not much traveling with youngish children and there is loads for them to do, swimming pool, games room, club cafe etc etc etc and of course a bar for the grown ups.
Pitches are excellent all on hardstanding with elec, water and drain and some have nice views out to sea. The shower blocks etc are excellent also and its open all year. I know its expensive but if you acctually use the amenities then the figures add up ok.
Hope this helps - ips

These sites look great, though a little too far out of our way. Does anyone know of any similar sites down South??

Thanks Dale

Not sure if Searles are open Xmas time but will look at their website. Graham is looking at Kent so if anyone knows of any good sites that might be open Xmas/New Year it would be aprreciated.

Thanks

Searles Hunstanton is open all year for touring however at times what is available is limited with the country club and swimming pool open only until 29 December.

It is ideal however if you have children and are looking for the NEW YEAR BREAK as the Clubhouse re-opens on 29 December 2010 with entertainment etc closing again on 2nd January 2010.

They are quite full so if you want this one, book quickly, speak to Simon and say Gail recommended you (if you havent been before).

The largest pitches now available are now 6 metre electric unfortunately all the mains service are fully booked.
