I assume for Gaslow and supplies are readily available at supermarkets. Filled up at E.Leclerc in Boulonge, Achen at Le Treport and Carrafoure. You will need an adaptor but getting gas is no problem

Don't really need one for France, LPG is available at almost every garage ..

perhaps if you looked for GPL you would have better luck

but , as stated , it is everywhere [ presuming you have an italian cup adaptor ]

if you see a leclerc supermarket selling it , you won't find cheaper locally

Hi Wynnie
be careful were you attempt to fill up with GPL . Some garage forecourts have very tight entrances / turnings into where all the pumps are, especially the supermarkets.
We try to reccy the place from the road first.
We remember having a chat with you outside your van on Southport Pleasureland car park earlier this year.
We paid between 60 & 63 cents / litre in sept/oct this year.

regards

Allen & Eileen

Entering France from Spain I topped at the first French Mway Service Area to fill up with LPG.

As I'm male I don't read instructions:Blush:

Did what I do in the UK - connected up and pressed the red button. No gas so repeated actions several times.

Wrong

The red button was the emergency stop button and all the service area pumps shut down for 10 minutes when it is pressed. :Eeek:

It's amazing how small you can feel with 20 pairs of French motorists' eyes boring into you.
