I'm a great lover of sandwiches, to be more specific, filled bread rolls:RollEyes:

What are your favourite fillings to be sandwiched between two slices of bread??

Mine are:

Home baked gammon and pease pudding.

Mature cheddar and thick slices of onion.

German peppered salami and chopped celery with extra black pepper.

I use fresh baked crusty cob rolls, and unsalted butter:thumb:

A bit off topic perhaps but my H.P. is almost empty and I'm parked near an ASDA.

Question is, is the ASDA Brown sauce like H.P. or is it like Daddies Fruity Sauce which I rate almost as lowly as Tommy Sauce by anybody?

Nothing to beat a triple-decker - Cheddar cheese in one side and Orange Marmalade on the other side - sweet and sour, all in one! :thumb:

I have heard it said that the best place for a horse is between two slices of bread but , whilst I agreed with him, it had nothing to do with enjoying the taste.

Just looked through the Sarnies and have been a veggie for years but the thought of all those bacon rolls and sarnies is almost enough to sway me. It's funny but thats the only thing I miss, and so do many outher veggies I have spoken to.
