Hi guys,
To cut a long story short we have a problem with our shower tray from age where it just became unusable without leaking water into the floor. We found what we thought was a reasonable company to remould a new tray from the old one. 7+ weeks later after accepting their quote and sending off the old one we were still without a replacement tray so we phoned them and complained. The call ended up with being told to f off and he was putting an angle grinder through the tray they've remoulded for us and we weren't getting anything.
Now we are left with no shower tray at all so we cant get anyone else to make a mould.
The motorhome is a FFB Tabbert Classic 570 so there aren't exactly many replacement parts around.
The company are refusing to even return our old tray saying we are no longer a customer of theirs so somehow we've been removed from the system so we'll get the old tray back when they can fit us in whatever that means...just rubbish really.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what we could do next as without a tray we are clueless. I know we could go the legal route and force them etc etc but with suffering from a recent diabetes diagnosis and stage 2 high blood pressure i just want to find a solution instead of waiting many more months.
Any thoughts no matter how small would be much appreciated.
