Hats off to Avtex (1 Viewer)

At Malvern last weekend, we had a little issue where person or persons unknown (apparently, not the dog this time......) had half pulled the satellite connection out of the TV, meaning it became a very expensive DVD player......

Could not find the receipt but figured that as it was so obviously self inflicted the warranty didn't matter anyway. Phoned Avtex and explained the problem(s) and Craig said to parcel it up and DPD would collect it. They collected it yesterday, Avtex fixed it today and it will be returned tomorrow.

How much? Nothing. Zilch, zero, nada.............

Pricey tellies yes, but great service.......

Really pleased to hear this gives us more confidence in our TV which I have to admit has been excellent but nice to know the back up is there should you need it.

tv are great but dvd player not so good even john lewis give a 3 year warranty tv but only 2 years on dvd part

If its the sound on DVD send it back and they will reset it

no the dvd kept not working slipping i think only lasted 14 months but out of warranty thats why i bought one from john Lewis, this one 3months old and did it once last week
