Does it have a proximity sensor for when you deploy?

I can imagine parking up and forgetting in the rush to pour a drink and get to bed! :)

A neat feature though.

How long before someone puts their BBQ under it when it rains?

Would be more worried about water sat on top of slide out then retracting the slide out, potential water ingress issues

I can see this being a maintenance issue for anyone tempted to buy it.

It is innovative, but adds a mechanical failure point, must increase damp vulnerability, doesn't seem to have benefited internal space and just looks a bit odd

I'm wondering how long it will take for some moron to put his BBQ under the slide out (back) to shelter from the rain, and torch the whole affair.

Or for a frisky overweight couple to snap it off under their combined weight in a night of frenzied humping, and end up in a detached kennel overnight?

That's what it is. If the rear storage is described as a garage, then this must be a kennel

Bloody presenter was awful
