We are looking to buy a cadac with all the bits and just found this deal. As I know nothing about them is this as good a deal as it seems, especially with another 10% to come off if I order before midnight?

I bought the same deal BUT in the winter £139.95, love the Cadac nearly stopped using the oven completly for the last few months

I got one last week from Go Outdoors without the chef's pan for £129.60, I wasn't bothered about the chef's pan. Go outdoor have a service where if you find a cheaper price they will do a price match +10% more off the price.

Suggest you read the "Best and Worst Buys" thread first.

Although some love the Cadac many have rated it their worst ever buy.

I don't know as I have never had one!

I got the safari chef 2 for £80. Plenty big enough for two, a great bit of kit and takes up very little room.

As a BBQ, Cadac is a waste of time..

If you want to fry alfresco, .. buy a cheap picnic stove and frying pan. about £20

My Cadac ending up in the skip ..

If you want a proper gas barbie, for a fiver more, buy a Weber Q series ..

The BBQ griddle would be the least used bit, I want it for cooking all my meals on outside so the chef pan etc are more important. The Weber looks nice but it just appears to be a BBQ.

It is indeed.. but can also be used as an oven.. I've done bread, heated pizza and pies.. as an oven can be heated up to 200c ..

as a BBQ it is fantastic... I used to say a barbie wasn't a barbie unless it used charcoal.. I'm converted..

for cooking outside I use the small picnic stove and a big frying pan or a wok

I have just found this out my garage as not been used for ages..
Will take to Lincoln if anyone interested... £50...
There is the connector and some hose (not shown in pic) but you will need your own regulator or BBQ connection..

It never came with the large lid. This is how the kit / model was sold at the time..

We bought one but find it takes up a lot of room and basically a huge griddle pan. So we now use a picnic stove and cheap griddle pan
