Hi all.
Our oldish van has a wide but shallow sink in the kitchen area with a foldable countertop that folds down when not in use.
We always use a basin/washing bowl at home because there is always a half full cup of tea turns up when we are washing up so it is handy to be able to pour it into the sink without dirtying the wash up water.
But a standard basin is too high for the sink in the van.
I have searched for a suitable basin but to no avail.
We finally ended up with a plastic celebrations tub, that you get at xmas.but that got to near the kettle one day and got holed.
so now we are on a cadburys roses tub from Xmas.
I don't know what we will do if anything happens to that
So funsters ..do you use a basin and if you do any suggestions for something that we wouldn't have to hide if someone called
