Just thinking that some of this info could tie in with the "Which Digital Camera" thread and prove useful to those looking to buy.

All the photos are good though judging by Neils i'd say he's either professional or very experienced.

Mine is just a Fuji Finepix too. A S8000 model

Just shows what can be achieved with digital cameras. I couldn't get photos like that with my old Kodak Instamatic

Kind of you to say so :Blush:. Enthusiastic amateur I'd say, I use a Canon 400D with standard kit lens. Its my first DSLR and I've had the camera about 18 months. Mind you I have taken well over 4500 shots with it so far .

Fantastic hobby and goes so well with motorhoming :thumb:

Excellent choice. I used to have a 10D but recently sold it as it's a hefty lump to carry around all day. That said, the 10D bodies will take a hell of a hammering! Still kept my Canon lenses though anticipating the inevitable price drop on used 40D body only.

The one taken in California 4 years ago was taken with a cheapo (Netto) Goodmans Digital camera. The ones from Camping Almafra were taken with a CASIO EX-V7.
