The only problem is that sound is not brilliant but we just bought a pair of USB speakers to plug in the back and they're fine,had it for four years now.Thanks for the link Speve I have seen cello they are a good price but they seem to get mixed reviews so ruled I have them out for now.

Thanks that's what I have seenI'm not happy with the cello keeps losing its set up and viewing is difficult.

You will not get a good sound from a small, light and thin TV - the physics involved doesn't work. There was a problem a while back with sound on some Cello models (more to do with stuttering I think), but mine is as good as I need.Cello cheaper but mixed reviews,bad sound viewing angle

Normal domestic tv is fine for your use. As long as you have an EHU or 240v as most domestic TVs don't have a 12v inputWe are just looking at tv's to watch films from hard drive. Is there any reason we can't get a normal domestic tv?
