We start our mini tour of wales 11th July and I'm sure that I read somewhere that a fellow funster has a campsite in West Wales.

Does anybody have info on where I can find it?

Thanks ::bigsmile:

I can recommend Cwmcuttan, lovely carp lakes.
Also C&CC site Bedgellert. Steam train has a stop in the campsite, south to Portmadoc or north to Caernarfon.
Not been to Jim's site yet but hear it's very peaceful.

Were booked in for 2 nights for the Beddgelert one after we leave Shell Island, but have no plans after that, just meandering our way back home. Then remembered the site in Cwmcutten but can't find any more info about it!

Fabulous!!

Thanks Jim :thumb:

P.S. Not sure what day we'll arrive, do we have to book or can we give you a bell closer to the time?

We've only rented cottages in Beddgelert never camped there, I grew up about 30 miles away so we know it really well. My Parents spent their honeymoon at this campsite :)

We're looking forward to going on the train again now they've a new stop there, last time we went from Porthmadog to Blaenau and we loved it.

Good pizza & ice-cream, hopefully all still there. ::bigsmile:
