Sounds nasty:-

individual problems included; a gas fire that had no exhaust vent and so high carbon monoxide readings existed inside the vehicle living area. A refrigerator exhaust was piped such that it exited back inside one of the campervans. Electrical wiring was put together badly, with one length of wiring having started to smoulder. A gas supply pipe was badly kinked in several places. Electrical fuses continually blowing due to wiring problems

Considering the danger caused by the incorrect fitting of devices emitting Carbon Monoxide, perhaps it was a good thing that the 'Pop Top' worked well.

How many of you haven't got correctly sealed fridges?

and what portion of the sentence was for fraud and what was for the life threatening installations

As the op asks, does anyone have any info on these vans, anyone got one, or has anyone even seen one , are they still on the market second hand, could be still being sold with defects.

Very true and a personal bugbear with me - to the extent that I would now insist on proof that the fridge was correctly sealed as a condition of purchase.
