Try speaking to a very helpful lady called Stefanie Schleifer on 00 49 89 7676 2636. Speaks perfect English and seems to be the main point of contact for the Brits.

Payment is a bit of hassle. Have to pass credit card details but seems okay in terms of security.

Apparently if you call them out in the UK you get the AA.

Heard a story of someone who had a camper shipped back from Beijing last year after the Olympics!!

They cover breakdown and medical.

Stopped my CC cover this year - too expensive compared to ADAC.
