Hi All

I removed my factory fitted radio in my 2004 Boxer 2.8 HDI - when fitting it back and re-entering the 4 digit pin number I get a "wait" message which does not want to dissappear! I've pressed a few buttons in various sequences, but to no avail. Can anyone out there HELP PLEASE.

Thanks

I did this to my Ford and ended up paying a fiver to some internet site who managed to create a PIN from the radio serial number. Start googling.

Not long afterwards I found where I had written the PIN in the service manual.

it could be self re-scanning for programmes and storing to memory and may take some time.

just an idea.

Presumably you're using the 1 - 4 buttons for entering the code. Then you press the 5 button to store the code.

This is normally the procedure for Blaupunkt radios as far as I remember. But I could be wrong!!
