It's a fiat dacato, done out by mobilvetta, it's a company that apparently started out making high end furniture, it's called a euro yacht 140

:) Ok.. All makes sense now.. Seen a few around, Mobilvetta would have been known to me just not the Euro 40 part.
Any Questions ask away, sure someone on here will know. (y)

I have two side facing seats behind passenger seat and drivers, I understand due to my manufacture date (1997), I am legally able to carry passengers without seat belts as long as I'm doing under 60 mph,
Am I correct in thinking this, I have read all the seat belt info on here and that's what I conclude

When that question is asked the answer is always the same:

Whether it's technically legal or not is irrelevant.

If you are carrying passengers in unbelted seats a policeman could charge you with carrying passengers in an unsafe manner if he wanted to which is a different law.

Also in the event of an accident it would give your insurance company all the reason they need not to pay out.

Basically if you want to carry passengers they MUST be wearing seatbelts. There will people along soon telling you about grey areas and other such things. If you want to listen to them and risk it that's up to you. It will be you that's held responsible if something goes wrong.

The speed is also irrelevant by the way.
