When we got home from our winter trip I discovered that we had a slight leak in the roof.
So I sealed every concieveable joint on the roof, handrail brackets, roof vent joints, joint between the cab and the habitation area, everything.
I did various tests, wetting one section, verifying that that wasn't the problem area and then section by section worked my way to the back of the van and still there was a slight leak showing by the fact that water was coming in via the area where the satilite cable came through.
There is so much sealant on the roof you, wouldn't believe it.
I have even replaced 2 of the roof vents that were possible causes of the problem.
So, where do I go from here?
Is there a sealant that I can paint on the roof to try and solve the problem?
