Hi,
I have just bought a Roller Team Auto Roller 4Living 2004 Fiat Ducato 2.0 JTD.
Fridge works on hook up but not when engine on in 12v mode. I have checked manual but cant locate actual fuse ?

it's normally under the bonnet in the engine bay.. close to the split charge relay.. look for a 20A in-line fuse .. between the alternator and the relay ..

it also supplies the leisure battery charging, it can get blown when the leisure battery is flat and it draws a large current ..

Thanks for the reply. Checked the fuse all ok.
Found a fusebox behind passenger seat just for leisure battery, thought this is it but all ok.
Will just keep trying,
Thanks again.

not long enough
I am not overly technical but I do know there should be a relay to isolate the fridge from the battery unless the engine is actually running

You have used the wording 'engine on' and just wonder if you just mean ignition, the fridge not run on 12V then

I don't mean to be pedantic

It is also possible it has been disconnected to avoid possible battery issues

time to get the multimeter out.. no point in guessing..

check the voltage, engine running .. In and Out side of fuse, In and Out terminals of Relay.. check the relay is pulling in, then back of fridge ..

there shouldn't be any other fuses..

relay terminals
coil 85 and 86
contacts for supply, 30 and 87

Some fridges actually run off the habitation batteries when you are driving and the relay/switching must be in the fridge controls, our Dometic 7 series has the ignition/alternator wire going straight to a D+ on the fridge.
