When browsing this site I keep getting a message about a "plugin" called Shockwave Flash has stopped. Is it me or is it this site as it only seems to happen here?

I have never had any problems with this site until the last week. I am now getting the same message and it takes several seconds for the type written letters to catch up. Sometimes it freezes altogether. I was beginning to think my laptop was going to die.

I have AdBlockPlus on my laptop but twice now I have tried disabling it for this site. When I have done that I keep getting a script error message and freezing.
Since putting back the ABP to on the problem has disappeared.

I use chrome browser + Win 10 with no issues. Helps Admin if you mention what browser and in some cases what O/S you are using.

but I don't have Adobe Flash or Shockwave installed..

Not had the message but certainly I often have to wait for the typed word to catch up on screen - again only on this site - though it was me - reload and it generally goes

Still using Windows Vista and Google Chrome. Keep getting the Shockwave message and the "Aw, Snap!" message. Happens frequently. Only on MHF site, OK everywhere else.

"Aw Snap" is mostly if I've followed a link.
Sssshhhhh - don't tell anybody, but no Shockwave messages yet today.
It's weird because I followed Funster advice a few months ago and disabled lots of stuff, re-installed some and downloaded other stuff, and it seemed to work for a while, but *sigh* gone again now.
